Puddlefish Platt designed and built this four-bedroom, three-storey in-situ concrete residential home from concept to completion.
Built on a steep North Shore Auckland site, the project required careful planning, civil works, drainage coordination, masonry construction, structural concrete, and detailed construction management to transform unused land into a substantial 588sqm home.
