About Puddlefish Platt
“As a project manager for the ministry, I have engaged the services of Puddlefish Platt over the last few years. The scope of works has varied greatly, but the quality of their workmanship, project management and scheduling have been of the highest order. I have found them to be very organised and very accommodation. Therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my colleagues, the ministry or any other interested parties.”
Felicity – Ministry of Education Project Manager

"Our Passion - Our Mission
Everything counts... Underpromise and over deliver... be the safest pair of hands."
Adam Platt - Managing Director
Puddlefish Platt Explained:
We are often asked how our name Puddlefish Platt came about. It’s a simple story, after my 6 week old son wriggled up the changing table attempting to escape the midwife who said he looked like a puddlefish… hence forth his nickname became puddlefishplatt. His friends now call him ‘Puds”.
The ‘happy fish’ logo that accompanies our business name is meant to signify a little fish in a big sea which over time breaks through the surface making a splash. It’s a lot to derive from a logo, we ourselves simply like the little guy, and it’s a fun way to say we enjoy our work in the construction market. We started small, and from those humble beginnings Puddlefish Platt has now successfully grown over 8 years, delivering millions of dollars worth of projects.
We are both passionate and grateful when the work we do impacts the lives of others in some small way, not only our commercial customers but at times children, their parents and teachers as we quietly go about our business delivering projects.
