Puddlefish Platt designed and built this expansive four-bedroom, three-storey in-situ concrete residential home from concept to completion.

Tailor-made to suit the owner’s requirements and lifestyle, the project transformed a steep, overgrown section on Auckland’s North Shore into a substantial 588sqm masonry home with a swimming pool, patio, and outdoor living areas.

The build required careful planning, structural concrete construction, masonry work, civil works, drainage coordination, pool works, exterior detailing, and complete interior fit-out.

The completed home blends comfort, functionality, strength, and long-term durability while making the most of the property’s natural surroundings and outlook.
