The project was the remediation and replacement of significant areas of Roofing, Clearlite, Gutters and Downpipes. Additionally, Asbestos removal was necessary to areas of the building's cladding, decommissioned boiler pipes and ACM downpipes. Areas of roofing were also chemically washed, water blasted and painted.
