Northcote Intermediate School - Roofing Gutter & Downpipe Replacement

Puddlefish Platt Ltd completed the roofing, gutter, and downpipe replacement works at Northcote Intermediate School, covering four school blocks and the main hall.
The project involved the removal and replacement of roofing, gutters, and downpipes across approximately 50% of the school’s total roofing system. The works were carried out to improve the performance, reliability, and long-term durability of the school’s roofing and stormwater drainage infrastructure.
Careful attention was given to workmanship, detailing, and installation quality to ensure the new roofing and drainage elements were robust, weather-resistant, and fit for a busy school environment. The replacement gutters and downpipes were installed to provide improved water management and help protect the buildings from future weather-related deterioration.
