Puddlefish Platt Ltd completed remedial roofing works across Blocks 1 and 2 at Milford School.
The project included the removal of seven skylights on Block 1, followed by framing the openings, installing flashings, gib stopping, and repainting the internal ceilings to leave a clean finished result.
On Block 2, a mechanically fixed two-layer torch-on membrane system was installed over the existing failing membrane. Liquid membrane was also applied to the internal gutters to address ongoing water ingress issues and improve long-term weather protection.
The works were completed to provide a durable, watertight roofing solution while maintaining a tidy finish both internally and externally.
