Marshall Laing School - Staff & Student Toilets

Puddlefish Platt Ltd completed a full refurbishment of four sets of boys’ and girls’ student toilets, along with a dedicated staff restroom, delivering a modern and functional upgrade to essential school facilities.
The project involved the complete removal and replacement of all existing fixtures and finishes, including the demolition of outdated partitions, the installation of new roofing systems, the replacement of all sinks and plumbing fixtures with modern, water-efficient units, and the laying of durable, easy-to-clean flooring suitable for high-traffic use. As part of the works, the safe and compliant removal of exterior asbestos-containing materials (ACM) was also carried out, ensuring the health and safety of all building users. Custom joinery was designed and installed to maximize functionality, hygiene, and ease of maintenance, ensuring the spaces were not only practical but also visually refreshed and aligned with the school’s overall aesthetic.
Following the successful delivery of this project, Puddlefish Platt Ltd has maintained a strong working relationship with the school, resulting in a number of additional refurbishment and improvement projects across the campus.
