Marshall Laing School Perimeter Fencing

Puddlefish Platt completed the Marshall Laing School Perimeter Fencing project, which involved the installation of new fencing across a large section of the school’s perimeter.
The works included the supply and installation of perimeter fencing, along with sliding vehicle gates and pedestrian access gates to improve site control, safety, and security. The fencing layout was designed to help manage access points around the school while maintaining practical movement for staff, students, visitors, and service vehicles.
The project was delivered to meet Ministry of Education safety requirements and support a safer school environment for students and staff. As the works were carried out on an active school site, careful planning and coordination were required to manage access, minimise disruption, and maintain safe separation between construction activities and school operations.
The completed fencing and gate installation improved the security of the school grounds, strengthened perimeter control, and provided a safer, more controlled environment for the school community.
