Featured Project -Insitu Concrete Residential Home

Puddlefish Platt designed and built this four-bedroom, three-storey in-situ concrete residential home from concept to completion.
Located on a steep North Shore Auckland site, the project transformed unused, overgrown land into a substantial 588sqm masonry home with a swimming pool, tiled outdoor living areas, landscaped spaces, secure access, and high-quality interior finishes.
The build required careful planning, civil works, drainage coordination, structural concrete construction, masonry work, roofing, pool works, exterior detailing, and complete interior fit-out.
Key features include a luxury heated swimming pool, 150sqm of tiled outdoor leisure space, landscaped park-side outdoor areas, illuminated external stairs, a gas fireplace, full perimeter fencing, pedestrian access, an automated vehicle gate, and pool safety details integrated into the design.
