Puddlefish Platt Ltd successfully delivered a full redevelopment of a school carpark and surrounding areas, transforming both functionality and appearance.
The project began with the removal of the existing small asphalt carpark, followed by complete site clearance including the excavation of soil, tree removal, and root extraction. A new foundation was established with hard fill and thorough compaction to support a high-quality concrete finish.
New cesspits and drainage systems were installed to manage stormwater effectively. A concrete pathway featuring vibrant rainbow line marking was added to enhance visibility and safety for pedestrians.
The completed carpark includes 17 marked spaces and 1 designated disabled space. A new perimeter fence and barrier arms were installed to control access, while Gobi blocks and a surrounding hard landscaping area were added to improve visual appeal and site durability.
This project reflects our integrated approach to civil works, drainage, access control, and landscape enhancements, creating a practical and welcoming environment for staff, students, and visitors.
