Milford School - Joinery & Cladding Replacement

Puddlefish Platt Ltd completed joinery and cladding replacement works at Milford School, addressing multiple areas of rotting, damaged, and deteriorated timber across the building.
The project involved the careful removal and replacement of exterior and interior timber elements, including weatherboards, cladding, trims, flashings, timber doors, door frames, and selected window joinery. These works required close attention to detail to ensure the new materials tied in neatly with the existing structure and maintained the original appearance of the school buildings.
Once the replacement works were completed, all new timber and cladding elements were prepared and painted to match the existing colour scheme. This helped provide a consistent finish while improving the durability, weather protection, and overall presentation of the buildings.
